“ Fantastic burger place. My wife and I have been coming since 2014, but this was our first time with both our kids. We weren’t sure if they would be accommodating, but they damn sure were. They had a little tin of toys, kid sized meals, and were super cool about giving us space to park the stroller. And the burger is ON POINT every time. And the pancakes we had for dessert were heavenly. ”

“ First burger with the ‘chopped’ style that’s I’ve enjoyed. Pieces were small and tender, though I’m still convinced minced is the way to go. Their homemade bacon is good stuff. Onion rings were great. Chicken nuggets were ok but got a little soggy. Honey mustard dip on point. They had some craft beers and looks like at least a monthly beer special for variety. I enjoyed the playlist at the time and it’s got a nice vibe - open air front if the weather is right. I was sat in front of the bar out of view which meant I needed to flag service a couple of times but this is minor for me. ”

“ Great burger and customer service. I got in 9:28 last order was 9:30 and they still accommodated my order. The burger was legit and bun was an amazing brioche bun. I had the berry burger and it was amazing i wish I had another tummy to try something else. The onion rings were missing the ranch and the nuggets needed a little bit more cooking. I’d give the burgers over all 7/10 and the berry burger 8/10 ”

“ This is a cozy burger specialty shop with a vintage industrial butcher shop aesthetic: painted concrete, exposed pipes and ductwork, old tables and chairs with cast iron legs and bases. There is a breezy overhead fan and they play reggae music. I sat in the back corner and had a nice view of the whole place. They handed me four different menus. Drinks. Burgers. Beer. And a big glossy photo of the "monthly burger." I ordered the monthly burger: corn butter soy burger. I also ordered something off the craft beer menu: Sour fruit ale. The server suggested I order my burger medium, so I did. Good choice. The sour beer was delicious. Very sour and fruity. But also light bodied and refreshing. Let me tell you about the burger: it had a great texture. Somewhere between the American ground beef style and the Japanese hand chopped beef style. The corn and butter were sweet and rich, exactly as you'd imagine. The soy added a robust and salty umami that not only provided great contrast with the butter and corn, but also accentuated the tomato flavors. I appreciated the super thin sliced onions, cut into small pieces. They provide a crisp bite without any allium, and weren't so big that they came off the sandwich as soon as I tried to bite through them. I have nothing to say about the lettuce, would've been the same sandwich without it. The cheese is gooey and elastic, mostly texture and no flavor, like flavorless mozzarella. I think the flavorlessness is a good thing, there's already enough going on here. The bun is perfect, pillow soft but with substantial gluten chew. It was toasted with butter, as all good burger buns should be. Fries were fine. In Tokyo, it seems like you either get the same frozen fries that are served everywhere, or handcut baby potatoes. Both are good. Neither are exceptional. Just a side dish that doesn't distract from the burger. I'd happily visit Burger Mania again. It's one of the best burgers I've had in Tokyo. ”

“ Many places around were full as we were lucky to catch 3 seats here. A very American feeling , large selection of burgers to be enjoyed. Nice service. The smell of meat is nice at first, but all clothes then persist. The prices are high for what you eat , to be go honest, the food was good, burgers a bit small. ”

“ A great burger bar in Ebisu. I can recommend the Kobe burger, made with chopped meat and not minced. Simple but tasty, if there was a burger sauce in lieu of the normal ketchup and American mustard it would be better still. The fries were more wedges than fries but were crunchy on the outside and soft inside. I can highly recommend the home made sodas, especially the ginger ale. Staff were helpful and there’s also an English menu ”
